Simple Installation Process

1. Connect the Hydraulic Fluid Bottle

2. Attach a bottle of Seastar hydraulic steering fluid to the filling hose cap.

3. Insert the Filling Fitting

4. Insert the filling fitting into the boat's hydraulic steering filling port.

5. Connect the Quick Connector

6. Insert the quick connector on the other end of the filling hose into the filling fitting.

7. Attach the Bleed Hose

8. Insert one end of the bleeding hose into the fitting of the oil outlet fitting of the Hydraulic Steering Cylinder.

9. Insert the Bleed Fitting

10. Insert a fitting into the quick connector on the other end of the bleeding hose.

11. Initiate the Bleeding Process

12. Invert the hydraulic steering fluid bottle, allowing the fluid to flow into the hydraulic steering system through the filling hose and out through the bleeding hose and fitting. This process will effectively clean your system.
